Shipping

Orders are currently shipped from our Levin base.

A flat fee of $8 applies to all orders.

A $3 shipping fee will apply to orders over $100. Or FREE shipping will apply to orders over $200.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders made late Friday and during the weekend may not be shipped until Monday. 

While we aim for certain delivery times please remember we cannot guarantee exactly when your parcel will arrive. Make sure to allow extra time due to COVID delays and during sale periods, public holidays or if you live rurally. 

You will receive tracking information once the courier has scanned your parcel on pickup. If you do not receive this information or your package hasn't arrived within four days please let us know without delay. Don’t forget to ensure your address and contact details are correct.

Local pick up is available at no additional cost. Local drop off is available for $3. 

At this stage we do not ship internationally.
