I made an order but haven’t received a confirmation email?

Please check your ‘spam’ folder first. Mark as ‘not spam’ for future orders and notifications from us. If you still cannot find an email and payment has been taken please contact us without delay.

Do you take bulk orders?

Not yet! But once we have our new online store running seamlessly we’ll introduce bulk orders and kits!

What payment options do you offer?

Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay or Laybuy.

I have received damaged or faulty products?

Please contact us within 3 business days if you have received damaged or faulty products. To help us resolve this in a timely manner please include your order number, the items involved and photos. 

Are there any discount codes I can use?

We have a few discounts that are automatically applied once your cart meets the requirements.
